Welcome To Kindergarten!!!
Hello Parents, Can you believe that November is already here? The school year is just speeding by. Our social studies theme for the month will be working together and friendship. The children work so well with each other and they are always willing to lend a hand when someone needs help. It is wonderful to see each day. In Science we will be learning about how plants are a source of food and how bears adapt to cold temperatures. In language arts we will continue learning about letters with t and n. We will continue blending sounds together for the word families “at” and “ap”. Our new sight words will be “we” and “go”. In math we will continue on with the numbers 9, 10, and 0. We will also begin talking about solid figures. We will end the month with a Thanksgiving celebration of friendship trail mix and a special surprise for you. Mrs. Shrom
